2. Product Information

The following information pertaining to the purchased product is presented to the Buyer at the time of ordering:

·                Type, model, color, and quantity

·                Sales price including taxes

·                Shipping/delivery charges (if applicable)

·                Payment method

·                Delivery and billing information

By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that it has accepted the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, any shipping charges, and the payment method.

Completion of the order gives rise to a payment obligation on the part of the Buyer.

Payment shall be affected by means of the payment method selected at the time of ordering.

3. Delivery Information

Unless otherwise specified, orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (estimated dispatch period).

·                The Seller shall in any case deliver the product subject to the order to the Buyer within maximum 30 days.

·                Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, the carrier’s operations, public holidays, and period of high demand.

·                If the product cannot be procured, the Buyer shall be notified and payments shall be refunded.

·                Delivery period may be extended due to force majeure.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the product is delivered. The burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been exercised within the prescribed period shall rest with the Buyer.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised through the return management system provided on the website.

Following receipt of the withdrawal notification by the Seller,, the Buyer shall be obliged to return the product within 10 days.

5. Return Conditions

Products to be returned under the right of withdrawal must:

·                Be unused

·                Be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories

·                Be in a condition suitable for resale

The product may only be tried on to the extent that it could be tried in a store environment. In the event of use beyond this scope, or upon detection of deformation, wear, soiling, or similar conditions, the exercise of the right of withdrawal may be refused. Returns of products determined to have been used outdoors shall not be accepted due to hygiene requirements. The seller reserves the right to inspect the returned product.

The return shipping cost shall be borne by the Seller.

The refund amount will be returned to the Buyer within the timeframe stipulated by applicable regulations following receipt of the product by the Seller.

6. Defective Goods and Damaged Delivery

The Buyer shall inspect the product upon receipt and, if any shipping-related damage is detected, shall have an official report drawn up accordingly.

If the product is defective, the Buyer may, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers exercise one of the following rights:

·                Refund of the purchase price

·                Replacement of the product

·                Free repair

These rights are independent of the right of withdrawal.

7. Protection of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed by OPUS KİMYA A.Ş., in its capacity as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

8. Resolution of Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

The Buyer acknowledges and declares that, prior to completing the order, it has read and understood this “Preliminary Information Form” and has confirmed it electronically together with the Distance Sales Agreement.
