The C-Clip is a personalization system that allows you to fully customize your INEA slippers.

Charms attached to the slipper’s strap can be easily added or removed, letting you create a different look every day.

Thread the charm through the strap from one side and press it through to the other side to secure it.

To remove it, simply reverse the process. When used correctly, your slippers will not be damaged; any minor marks that may appear can be easily wiped away by hand.

Charms are categorized by model. UNO SLIM charms should be used for UNO SLIM models, and DUO charms for DUO models.

Shipping is free for orders of 8,000 TL or more. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of 120 TL applies.

Refunds for approved returns are processed within 3 business days and sent to your bank to be refunded to the card you used for payment, or refunded via the same payment method you used when purchasing the product.

While the refund process depends on your bank’s procedures, it typically takes 1–3 business days for credit cards, though this may take longer for debit cards.
