Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, your orders shall be dispatched within 1–3 business days. This timeframe is an estimated dispatch period.

The Buyer shall be notified once the order has been shipped.

The Seller shall in any case deliver the product subject to the order to the Buyer within a maximum of 30 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the Buyer’s location, the shipping carrier, and factors such as public holidays and  periods of high demand.

If the Buyer is not present at the delivery address or refuses to accept the delivery, the product shall be returned to the Seller by the shipping company. In this case, the re-delivery process shall be arranged by the Seller in coordination with the Buyer.

The Seller shall bear no liability for any delays or delivery failures arising from incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the Buyer.

Delays in delivery may occur due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances.

If the product cannot be procured, the Buyer shall be notified and the purchase price shall be refunded.

Return Process

As OPUS Kimya A.Ş., we wish you to experience comfort with confidence.

The Buyer may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. Following receipt of the withdrawal request by the Seller, the Buyer shall be required to return the product within 10 days.

Returns may be easily processed through the return system available on our website.

The return shipping cost shall be borne by OPUS Kimya A.Ş. We recommend that returns be processed through the shipping company specified by the Seller.

Return Conditions

Products to be returned must:

·                Be unused

·                Be sent in their original packaging along with all accessories

·                Be in resalable condition

The product may only be tried on to the extent that it could be tried in a store environment.

Returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:

·                Products used outdoors

·                Products with sole wear

·                Products with detected odors, stains, deformation, or signs of use

·                Products that are not suitable for resale

Any gifts or promotional items sent with the product must also be returned.

The seller reserves the right to inspect the returned product.

Return Approval and Refund

Returned products shall be inspected within a reasonable timeframe following their receipt by the Seller.

The purchase price of products found to meet the return conditions shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days at the latest, in accordance with applicable legislation, using the payment method the Buyer used at the time of purchase.

For products purchased as part of a promotion, the return process may affect the terms of the promotion, and the associated benefits may be revoked.

If the return request is denied, the product shall be returned to the Buyer.

Damaged or Defective Product

We recommend that you inspect the product upon delivery and, if you detect any damage attributable to carrier, have an official report drawn up accordingly.

If the product is defective, the Buyer may, pursuant to consumer protection laws, exercise one of the following rights:

·                Refund of the purchase price

·                Product replacement

·                Free repair

These rights are independent of the right of withdrawal.

General Provisions

This policy applies subject to the provisions of applicable laws. Rights arising from consumer protection legislation may not be restricted by this document.

The seller reserves the right to make changes to this Delivery and Return Policy. The updated text takes effect on the date it is published on the website.
