Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the protection of your personal data is a core priority for OPUS KİMYA A.Ş. (the "Company"). You have already been informed under our Privacy Notice. The Company may process:

i. Identity Data: First name, last name, national ID / tax ID number

ii. Contact Data: Phone number, contact address, e-mail address

iii. Customer Transaction Data

iv. Financial Data

v. Processing Security Data: Cookie ID and device/identifier information used for matching purposes on advertising platforms

for the purposes set out below.

Purposes of Processing

Where you give your explicit consent, your personal data will be processed for the following marketing and commercial communication purposes:

●        Sending commercial electronic communications (SMS, e-mail, push notifications)

●        Sharing campaign, discount and new product announcements

●        Carrying out personalised marketing and advertising activities

●        Providing content and offers tailored to your interests

●        Providing personalised advertising and marketing content on behalf of the Company through digital advertising platforms such as Meta and Google

Data processing activities other than those listed above (such as order management, delivery, customer service and accounting) are based on the legal grounds set out under Article 5(2) of the Law, including the establishment/performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations, and do not require your separate explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Notice for further information on these matters.

Data Transfer

On the basis of your explicit consent, your personal data may be shared with:

●        Marketing and advertising service providers,

●        Business partners providing commercial electronic communication services,

(Sharing with suppliers engaged for order management, delivery and accounting purposes is not based on explicit consent but on the legal grounds set out under Article 5(2) of the Law, and is explained separately in our Privacy Notice.)

Transfer Abroad and Personalised Advertising (Custom Audience)

Where you give your explicit consent, your contact details may be transferred to the overseas servers of digital advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, for the purpose of creating personalised Custom Audience lists and displaying targeted advertising. Under Article 9 of the Law, this transfer is carried out primarily on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (a Board-approved Standard Contract); where such safeguards are not available, it is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent, given after you have been informed of the possible risks set out below.

Possible Risks: Your data may be transferred to a country that may not offer a level of data protection as comprehensive as that available in Türkiye. In such cases, please note that the full range of safeguards provided under the Law may not apply to the authorities of the destination country, and you may encounter additional procedures when exercising rights such as access to, or erasure of, your data.

Scope of Explicit Consent

By providing your explicit consent, you declare, of your own free will, that you agree to the data processing activities described above being carried out for the Company's marketing and communication purposes.

You acknowledge that data processing carried out for the establishment of a contract, order fulfilment, delivery and legal obligations is not based on explicit consent, and that these activities are carried out under Article 5(2) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

Consent Statements

The consent statements below are independent of one another; only the processing activity corresponding to the statement(s) you approve will be carried out.

●        I explicitly consent to my personal data being processed for marketing and commercial communication purposes as described under "Purposes of Processing" above.

●        I explicitly consent to my contact details being transferred to digital advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, including abroad, for the purpose of creating Custom Audience lists, and I declare that I have been informed of the possible risks described above.
