Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the protection of your personal data is among the highest priorities of OPUS KİMYA A.Ş. (the "Company"). You have been informed in accordance with the Privacy Notice provided by the Company. The Company may process your personal data, consisting of:

i. Identity Data: First name – last name, national ID / tax ID number

ii. Contact Data: Phone, contact address, e-mail address

iii. Customer Transaction Data

iv. Financial Data

v. Processing Security Data: Cookie ID and device/identifier information used for matching on advertising platforms

vi. Marketing and Advertising Data: Your e-mail address, phone number and address in hashed form for transmission to advertising platforms, and ad interaction and conversion (purchase) data

for the purposes set out below.

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data will be processed, based on your explicit consent, for the following marketing and commercial communication purposes:

●        Sending commercial electronic messages (SMS, e-mail, push notifications)

●        Sharing campaign, discount and new product announcements

●        Carrying out personalised marketing and advertising activities

●        Offering content and offers that match my interests

●        Delivering personalised advertising and marketing content on behalf of the Company through digital advertising platforms such as Meta and Google

Data processing activities other than those listed above (order management, delivery, customer service, accounting, etc.) are based on legal grounds under Article 5(2) of the Law, such as the establishment or performance of a contract and legal obligations, and do not require your explicit consent. For more information on these matters, please see the Privacy Notice.

Data Transfers

Within the scope of your explicit consent, your personal data may be shared with:

●        Marketing and advertising service providers,

●        Business partners providing electronic message delivery services,

(Sharing with suppliers from whom we receive services for order management, delivery and accounting is based not on explicit consent but on the legal grounds under Article 5(2) of the Law, and is explained separately in the Privacy Notice.)

Transfers Abroad, Personalised Advertising (Custom Audience) and Ad Measurement

Where you have given explicit consent, your e-mail address, phone number and address may be transferred in hashed form to the servers, located abroad, of digital advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, in order to create custom audience lists specific to you, to show you personalised advertising, and to measure advertising performance (conversion tracking). Hashing your data does not remove its character as personal data. Under Article 9 of the Law, this transfer is carried out primarily within the scope of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (a Standard Contract approved by the Board); where such safeguards are not available, it is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent given after you have been informed of the possible risks stated below.

Possible Risks: Your data may be transferred to a country that may not have data protection legislation as comprehensive as that of Türkiye; in this case, we inform you that not all of the safeguards provided by the Law may apply against the authorities of that country, and that you may encounter additional procedures when exercising your rights, such as access and erasure.

Scope of Explicit Consent

You declare that you give explicit consent, of your own free will, to the data processing activities described above being carried out within the scope of the Company's marketing, communication, advertising and ad measurement activities.

You acknowledge that data processing activities carried out within the scope of the establishment of the contract, the fulfilment of the order, delivery and legal obligations do not rely on explicit consent and are carried out under Article 5(2) of the Law.

Consent Statements

The consent statements below are independent of each other; only the processing activities covered by the statement(s) you consent to will be carried out.

·         I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data for marketing and commercial communication purposes as described above under "Purposes of Processing".

·         I give my explicit consent to the transfer of my contact details (e-mail, phone, address), in hashed form, to digital advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, and in this context abroad, for the purposes of showing personalised advertising, creating custom audiences and measuring advertising performance (conversion tracking), declaring that I have been informed of the possible risks stated above.

Right to Withdraw Consent
